Why split a PDF?

Splitting a PDF lets you keep only the pages you need or break a large document into more manageable parts. It is ideal for separating invoices in a scanned PDF, sending just one chapter of a book or extracting a specific annex from a contract. Enter the ranges (for example, 1-3, 5, 8-10) and get one file per range, or merge them into one.

Frequently asked questions

How do I write page ranges?

Separate the ranges with commas. For example, "1-3, 5, 8-10" creates three files: pages 1 to 3, page 5 and pages 8 to 10.

Can I extract separate pages into a single PDF?

Yes. Enter the ranges and tick "Merge the ranges into a single PDF".

Why do I get a ZIP?

When the result is several files, we bundle them in a ZIP so you can download them all at once.

Is my original PDF changed?

No. Your original file is not touched; new files are created with the chosen pages.
